Oil lubrication has a strong cooling effect and can remove dirt and moisture from the imported bearings. Roller inlet bearings use oil-lubricated lubrication methods such as pressure oil lubrication, fuel injection lubrication, oil mist lubrication and oil and gas lubrication.

Pressure oil lubrication is the most effective lubrication method for roller bearings at normal speed.

The injection lubrication is to lubricate the lubricating oil to the inside of the inlet bearing through a nozzle mounted on one side of the inlet bearing for a certain pressure. Generally, it is applied to the high-speed roller inlet bearing, or the pressure supply lubrication cannot meet the cooling requirement. .

Spray lubrication is to spray dry compressed air containing oil mist into the inside of the imported bearing for lubrication. The use of less oil, due to the action of air, the cooling effect is very strong, mainly used for large roll imports with high rolling speed and high rolling precision. Bearings, or roll inlet bearings that are not often removed in the imported bearing housing.

Pressure oil lubrication and fuel injection lubrication require the installation of inlet and outlet pipes, lubrication pumps, oil reservoirs, and sometimes oil coolers. Therefore, the cost is high, and the general roller inlet bearings are less used.

1, imported bearing maintenance

In order to maintain the original performance of the imported bearings in good condition for as long as possible, maintenance, overhaul, and accident prevention are required to ensure the reliability of operation and improve productivity and economy.

Maintenance is best carried out on a regular basis in accordance with the operating standards for the mechanical operating conditions. The content includes monitoring of operating conditions, replenishment or replacement of lubricants, and periodic disassembly inspections.

2. Inspection of imported bearings

Cleaning of imported bearings: When disassembling the imported bearings for inspection, first record the appearance of the imported bearings, confirm the residual amount of lubricant, and after sampling the lubricant for inspection, wash the bearings. As a cleaning agent, a cleaning agent or kerosene is generally used.

The cleaning of the removed imported bearings is divided into coarse cleaning and fine cleaning, respectively placed in the container, first placed on the bottom of the metal mesh, so that the imported bearings do not directly contact the dirt of the container. During rough cleaning, if the imported bearing is rotated with dirt, it will damage the rolling surface of the imported bearing and should be noted. In the rough cleaning oil, use a brush to remove the grease and the adhesive. After it is almost clean, it is transferred to the fine wash.

Fine washing is to carefully clean the imported bearings while rotating in the cleaning oil. In addition, the cleaning oil should always be kept clean.

Inspection and judgment of imported bearings: In order to judge whether the removed imported bearings can be used, it is necessary to check after the imported bearings are cleaned. Check the raceway surface, the rolling surface, the state of the mating surface, the wear of the cage, the increase in the clearance of the imported bearing, and the damage and abnormality that are irrelevant in dimensional accuracy. For non-separating small ball bearings, use one hand to support the inner ring and rotate the outer ring to check if it is smooth.

Separate imported bearings such as tapered roller bearings can be inspected separately for the rolling surfaces of the rolling elements and the outer ring.

Large imported bearings can not be rotated by hand. Pay attention to the appearance of rolling elements, raceways, cages, ribs, etc. The importance of imported bearings is more important and must be carefully checked.
