3. When using melamine acid impregnating varnish, the curing temperature and curing time should be adjusted. The curing temperature is slightly higher than 130 °C (such as 135 °C) and the curing time is more than 180 min, and the process must be strictly performed, especially at high temperature. In the wet season, because of the concept of rust prevention, the drying (curing) time of the paint specified in the paint factory sample is not necessarily sufficient, and the motor has a specific internal shape;

4, the use of paint without volatile acid, good hydrolysis resistance paint;

5, try to use mineral oil bearing grease;

6. When the motor factory injects the grease by itself, in order to avoid the noise and possible rusting of water vapor and dust entering the bearing, the grease container should be sealed, even when filling the grease. The amount of grease should be determined according to the standard. If the bearing is used, the reference value is in the range of 0.60~0.80g, and the grease filling process should be kept clean and dry;

7. Use plastic film packaging with micro-holes to make the motor breathable before it is activated. When the package is sealed with a plastic film, the paint gas will remain in the bearing and the water will condense and should be avoided;

8. The grease may deteriorate under the influence of high temperature when the motor cover is sprayed or painted.

9. Consult with the bearing manufacturer to use a more effective rust inhibitor when the bearing is produced;

10. In order to completely solve the paint rust, it can be considered by the motor manufacturer, the bearing production plant and the paint production unit to jointly discuss various aspects of the ability to solve the bearing corrosion.
